Drive to Mahabalipuram.

En-route visit Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary.
Arr: Mahabalipuram
Overnight at Forest Department Guest House at Vedanthangal OR at Mahabalipuram.
DAY 04 MAHABALIPURAM
Morning half day local sightseeing tour. Visit Rock cut Mandapams, Shore Temples
etc. Rest of the day free and overnight stay.
DAY 05 MAHABALIPURAM/TRICHY
Morning
drive to Trichy.

DAY 06 TRICHY/COIMBATORE
Morning drive to Coimbatore.

Morning visit Annamalai Wildlife Sanctuary. Afternoon half day local sightseeing

DAY 08 COIMBATORE/MUNNAR - Eravikulam National Park
Morning drive to Munnar.

Afternoon visit Eravikulam National Park - just 4 kms. from Munnar. It has the
largest population of Nilgiri Tahr existing in the world now. A rich and varied
variety of flora can also be seen here. The rare species popularly known as
Neelakurinji grows here. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 09 MUNNAR/Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary & Eravikulam National Park
Morning visit Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary - the santuary established in 1984,
is home for wide range of wildlife species. Just 70 kms from Munnar. Overnight
stay at hotel.

10 MUNNAR/PERIYAR
Morning drive to Periyar.

Arr: Periyar
Direct transfer to hotel. There are more than 200 varieties of birds in the
region. Key avifauna include large falcon, gray jungle fowl etc. Rest of the
day free and overnight at hotel.
DAY 11 PERIYAR
Early morning cruise at Lake Periyar. A large variety of birds, elephants, monkeys,
deer etc.. can be spotted. Later visit a spice plantation. Rest of the day at
leisure/shopping and overnight at hotel.
DAY 12 PERIYAR/ALLEPPEY (House Boat)
Leave for Alleppey to board House Boat.

Connect boat cruise. Overnight on board.
DAY 13 ARRIVE KUMARAKOM
Assistance and transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit the beautiful bird sanctuary.
The sanctuary set on the eastern bank of Vembanad Lake extends over 14 acres
of lush greenery and blue waters. The birds seen here include water fawl, cuckoo,
owl, ducks and migratory birds like Siberian storks. Overnight.

Arrive Kumarakom and drive to Cochin. Afternoon half day sightseeing tour of
Cochin. Overnight stay at hotel.

Morning drive to Calicut.
