BOOKING PROCEDURE
BOOKING FORM
To obtain a visa the following information is required a month before the beginning
of the journey.
• Full Name as in the passport
• Nationality
• Sex
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Date of Issue
• Date of Expiry
• Profession
• ALSO SEND SCANNED COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT.
Booking terms & Conditions:
To confirm the booking, you need to send us advanced payment of INR 15000/US$
700 Per Person by bank draft/Telex transfer/Swift Transfer to our account with
the booking form.
We requires 30 days, advance notice to process the plans. Payment options:
• Bank draft favouring "Handsome Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.",
payable in Delhi, India.
• Deposit cash/cheque in your city local branch of ICICI BANK. (Contact
us for our Account No.)
• Swift transfer. (Contact us for our Bank Details)
The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of departure.
Tour Cancellation Policy
• 25% for any cancellation three weeks (i.e. 20 days) prior to Tour
departure
• 50% two weeks (i.e. 15 days) prior to departure date.
• No refund will be applied for cancellation within 10 days. No shows and
delay arrivals whatsoever reason.
• Please send your cancellation by fax or email, Oral cancellation will
not be entertained.
Refund of Unused Services
If any leg of the journey cannot be availed due to bad weather conditions or
certain areas are off - bound due to restrictions imposed by the Chinese government,
no refund will be made.
It is the sole responsibility of passengers to pay the tour price by the
due date.
Liability: Handsome Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi acts
as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport/tour- operators
and local tourist offices providing the services. Handsome Tours & Travels
Pvt. Ltd. or its sub agent, is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury
sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs.
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political
actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Program, prices, services
and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore
subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour.
